Ok, I'm interested in getting involved in the bitcoin game. I have a cousin that is attending the blockchain African conference in Johannesburg now. She is being taught by Andreas M. Antonopoulos. I have an E Trade account can I buy on there? and if there is a bit coins for dummies that would help.

I rode that XMR pump and cashed out at 1090000.

No more bag holding I cleared the deck and sold every position and if I'm not active I leave it in BTC.

Making smarter 1BTC bets. We are all much more knowledgeable than we were in January.

Tell you what, I've been running supergun on the bot and I have large holdings in XRP and a good holding in NXC. Woke up this morning with about a $60 loss, which has now gone back up to where it was plus $23. XRP has been creeping back up to 500. Glad I bought a lot at a low price, if it goes back up to it's regular 680-690, it should be a nice little profit. But I plan on holding long term anyway.
 
this might be a little risky on my part but im going in with the fam and putting together 10k in BTC to try and make this gaupe. I told them its a risk but if It double everybody getting they money back minus 25% . they getting their profit plus they investment. now to BGOL ballers, that aint shit but to mofos out her grinding from pay check to paycheck. that's a good grip. They with it to risk it. so yeah im hoping for this quick flip on the ETF. im going to use the profit to continuing day trading until I hit a million. 1 down....147 to go!

LETS GET THIS MONEY!
 
Just to let y'all know, XRP is on a nice little run right now. Don't just look at its relationship to bitcoin without factoring in that BTC is up 150% from where it was when this thread began. Dollarwise, XRP is almost back to the same level it was at the beginning of this thread (now $0.0062). Hopefully it continues to rise.

Another option (unless you're in New York): You can buy bitcoin with Coinbase, transfer to Poloniex, then convert if you want. They're pretty easy to use with credit or debit cards.

yep. I am debating on selling XRP soon and betting on it to drop again. But every time it does this, I start thinking "this is the big one!" and i end up holding on to my XRP

Yea i went the coinbase route last month but they couldn't verify my address; spent 2-3 weeks trying to get it verified thru them; they never did; they sent apologies but that's it...
 
.....XRP (RIPPLE) IS A LONG TERM INVESTMENT....JUST LIKE BITCOIN WAS IN 2009-2011. DONT BE SHORTSIGHTED AND HAVE NO VISION. you will kick the shit out of yourself like I did when my homie told me to buy bitcoin in 2011 and I bypassed that shit out of ignorance. Not going to happen again. Ignorance is no excuse if you about your money and Im all M.O.B. right now.
 
damn man.....just got the news they are moving the SEC decision back to the 13th of march, not the 11th....so we got to wait a little more.

could be that they are prepping to make moves on it and get that money bc if its a no, then its a no straight up. making the decision on a Monday allows them the weekend to make up a game plan. bc this is the same thing they did just before they announced the crash in 2009-2010.
