I'm pissed I bought NXC last night, anticipating a rise and the bot sold it off at 3% gain. Didn't realize that the bot would trade balances that was manually bought as well. smh.. NXC was 6500 when I bought it, today it went to 8500 and is anticipated to go higher between now and the game beta release next wednesday. Lesson learned.
Right about now, do not touch the sell trigger on them coins you got at 5800, just watch today, will be a pump and dump on NXC. I am waiting for it to go back down and buy over the weekend when it will be slow or lower down.NXC testing 9000...

Just playing, it wasn't the wise thing to do, so I split my stack into 4 coins, NXC and went super long on Stratis which that community is rabid!
The Stratis community thinks Strat will test $5 by the end of the year and $1 by Summer.
Its at 8k. They think Strat will be the business equivalent to Ripple and have industry application by end of the year.
Didn't I reverse my feelings last week? I saw that demo vid and didn't know the game was gonna play like that. Then the whole beta part of the game being released to the crowdfunders is another big deal. Next week should be a nice week to go long with that. Oh thats you!!!!????!!!?? saw that on telegram. yeah man Gun got a lot of kinks to work out on that bot. I asked him to give an option to have it trade with a set price of btc. But yeah I learned early on that it would touch stuff it had no part in. From then I only used it on coins I didnt have a balance for. He still hasn't been able to give me a copy or configuration that will run for more than a couple hours. Not sure if I'm keep it. You have to babysit it too much...

It don't see it. I was hoping the same thing but like the whale said that Legalmoney posted anything at 7 was a steal. I think it will bubble all weekend and then jump closer to the 22nd or right before.
It's a massive battle now between bears and bulls. I think all the strong money will back off the buys and let anyone who jumped in within the last two days panic sell.
And I bet a ton of those sells today pushing it to 9k were short sellers who are banking on a price dip.
Maybe not under 7k but I doubt it stays above 8k. If it goes below 7k I'm moving on it again like a bitch.
This will test 10K easy next Monday.
Don't see what? I am talking about the rise today, I think it will go back down, not to 5k but the bump it just had at 8700 and now its back down to 8000. I am going to just watch it for now. I am on the bot, don't have a manual trade on NXC, just what my bot has been buying and selling.
If what that Whale did is a common practice, it would be crazy smart to put in massive buy orders at 9K then pull them all once it dips to 8k.
Then people panic "OMG look at the buy orders?! They have disappeared! SELL SELL SELL!!" Then quietly over the weekend the smart money gets a second wave of buys before the main event.

I really don't jump when someone comes out and says like I am a whale and I have XYZ. Could just be another nobody, looking to pump and dump, making some hype. Why would he buy and sell off 60BTC worth and brag about it on a public forum like that. Sounds suspect. But I'll ride the BS in the meantime...
But as for NXC, think it will probably break 12k that day of release or prior. I am in on it this weekend, just gonna sit back and observe today, lol

If you shorted at 9k if this its 10 or 11k then you're fucked. It won't crash to 7k before the 22nd which is the expected big pump.
Yeah it is the worst time to buy. That's why I say the so called whale was kinda right. 7 was pump especially closer to 8 you bought. But if you bought around or before then you could ride the wave up to next week or just take what you can now, which is what Legal elluded to. I watched it all yesterday hoping it would fall to buy more but it keeps climbing. Like you said dude could be a nobody but the fact everyone is talking about helps us all. Also that 10 the whale forecasted is off and I side with you on it hitting 12 easy.

I wouldn't sell now, it's not going down right now. LegalMoney is right, it may hit 10k today. I just wanna see where it levels off, cause the bot sold off what I had, so have to manually go it, and waiting for the calm before the storm next week

yep.. so irked right now that the bot sold what I bought in NXC, i had thought before it wouldn't touch what it didn't buy but damn. lesson learned.
Always keep an open order on the books. Shit, split it up and sell half that way you got something and if it goes higher you can catch that money too. So if you do get tied up at least you made money.
Testing 10k already....something is up, this is too much activity days before the beta release.

Props to yall. 2 days ago I bought 31K of NXC for 6334 and today I woke up and its been around 8K. What is the deal with Stratis?
Where are you getting this information? This happened almost a month ago. It was probably partially the reason this entire thread was originally started. Google search it if you don't believe me.
I don't doubt that you may have got this information recently because I saw people repeatedly spamming the Poloniex board with this last night (& subsequently getting banned). I just don't understand why unless someone was making a mass effort to pump XRP.

Okay, now I understand. On January 17, Bitstamp added XRP/USD & XRP/EUR trading pairs. Today they added XRP/BTC.
