They made a bullshit announcement about locked accounts. Saying 99.9 percent of people weren't affected. If it is such a small number, why not email them or answer support tickets? Why not let them know in advance? No excuse for such fuckery.

You can store NEO in the NEON desktop wallet or the Android app.

I got GAS payouts from my NEO on Oct 1. Did they stop payouts since then? Got a link to the article?
