Cowboys now have 2 RD1 picks in ‘26 and ‘27. My first thought is Arch in Dallas — whether it’s in ‘26 (packaging 2, 3 or even 4 1st rounders to move up) or in ‘27 (DAL would likely need to move one of their 1st’s next yr for a 3rd RD1 pk in ‘27). Hell of a lot more to unpack but I think we have enough time!

More on DAL… keep this in mind… the 2027 draft class is shaping up to be epic. QBs aside; there’s WRs Jeremiah Smith, Ryan Williams, Cam Coleman and others projected to break out (Wingo, Wesco, etc). Plus EDGEs Colin Simmons and Dylan Stewart, OT Anthonie Knapp and more. This was actually a smart long-term move for the Cowboys organization.

and they choose to pay and keep an overpaid qb that puts up numbers during the regular season, but can't get playoff wins, a giant contract instead
