Official 2025 NFL Discussion!!!

I was thinking the same thing
When watching the highlights
I kept thinking, cot damn he's taking some hard hits :smh:
Get that young man out of there

I'm telling yall man..Jets Defense is going to be nasty this year. This isn't an accurate indictment on the line, but if Bryce gets a little bit of time, he knows where to go with the ball. The Giants and the Lions will be the true test. Plus we have injuries on the line as well with Corbett still working his way back.

Thought our(Panthers) first team defense played well even if it was against Zach Wilson. Not much expected from the Panthers this year, but I trust Evero.

@EPDC @woodchuck @jack walsh13
@largebillsonlyplease

BLACK MEN GOT TO EVERYTHING ON THEY OWN.

when every other team gets brought up in here it usually involves gameplay
when it's washington it's ALWAYS some other shit
same narrative as usual
EB is not the 1st intense coach in the history of the nfl lol

NFL smokin dat shit thinking I'm paying to watch fuckin preseason games.

Every solid. Panthers defense will be solid this year.

100% agree on the Jets

Man I really hate to say this cause I want this guy to do really well but Carolina is gonna get Brice Young killed. Literally his momma won't recognize him 6 weeks into the season he's gonna get so fucked up. This is absolutely fuckin ridiculous the way that line played. :smh:I mean dem niggas ain't shit upfront.

He is lucky that the NFC South doesn't play the physical AFC North this year.
That division feasts on smaller QBs.

Lions David Montgomery and his girlfriend Causey are in some hot-water. The two share a pitbull named Lola which was not trained well enough to mingle with other dogs. Montgomery says that the pitbull escaped his yard. The pitbull ended up attacking another dog and breaking it’s leg in two twice.

Causey was charged with harboring a viciois animal which she has pleaded not guilty.

49ers QB Brock Purdy threw 4 interceptions and had 2 more dropped INT’s in the teams joint practice with the Raiders on Friday.

I waited a few days to see if any national media person/outlet would talk about this and sure enough there was nothing.

Had that been Trey Lance it would have been headline news everywhere. The reporting of the QB’s is not the same.

ESPN loses top NFL reporter after turning down pay rise for new role

Dianna Russini has reportedly decided to leave ESPN despite being offered a pay rise.

The 40-year-old has been one of the main NFL reporters on the sports broadcaster for the last eight years. According to the New York Post, despite ESPN’s best efforts, Russini rejected an increase in salary and will now join The Athletic as its top NFL insider.

Her role is expected to include writing NFL stories, appearing on its video platforms, and working on the publication’s podcasts. Prior to her ESPN career, Russini worked as the main sports anchor for WRC-TV in Washington, D.C. Lindsey Thiry, who previously worked for the LA Times, is expected to become a full-time NFL TV reporter for ESPN, while Kimberley Martin and Jeff Darlington could see their air time increased.

In recent months ESPN has been reducing its costs and has parted ways with several members of staff. The likes of Jeff Van Gundy, Keyshawn Johnson, and former NBA player Jalen Rose were all let go by the sports corporation. With the aim of letting go of those who were making seven figures per year, ESPN would be able to save more of their employees working behind-the-scenes.

In a memo published in June addressing the cutbacks, ESPN wrote: “This exercise will include a small group of job cuts in the short-term and an ongoing focus on managing costs when we negotiate individual contract renewals in the months ahead. “It’s important for you to know that these are difficult decisions, involving individuals who have had tremendous impact on our company.
