Official 2025 NFL Discussion!!!

Side note:
This QB situation in the NFL is getting crazy...
Every QB is seeing how Cousins & Watson finessed the NFL into fully guaranteed contracts
So now going forward, damn near every QB will be like, pay me the bag or trade me

With these ridiculous QB contracts, there's not even have enough money to build a competitive team around him
Look at the Aaron Rogers, Devonte Adams situation
I know Kyler Murray is looking at this shit like...
"Fuck Arizona, I'm holding out until they pay me" :hmm:
Which is why these QB's coming out in this year's draft will get a serious chance somewhere. Next years QB class as well.

This is why I been saying giants should draft aquee glass.. get these qbs while they are cheap cause this off season gonna have these qbs asking for crazy numbers once they out their rookie contracts .. get them first 4 yrs on the cheap and while they are still trying to prove themselves.. these free agents asking for an arm and a leg so get some talent through the draft.. I rather glass than fuckibg Daniel jones..it will be cheaper and more likely more effective

Giants will take a QB I believe. Jones ain't worth the paper plates prisoners eat pork on.

Not this yr ...Tyrod gonna beat his ass out anyway ..

but seriously they make tht shit an open comp DJ ass is toast ...

but they wont do it ..

i feel bad for Tyrod ...ni99a cant catch a break ...

silver lining ..DJ will b hurt by week 6 ...smh

I dont understand it...Tyrod doesn't turn the ball over, yet DJ does when fumbling...if this was a true QB competition, Tyrod would win out easily

These bitches trippn on First Take, they acting as if Deshaun is guilty. Molly talking about he shouldn't play until the Civil cases is settled. :smh:
She was damn near crying on air. I understand her point but don't agree with it. I know the main issue is how the NFL penalizes players disproportionately to their accused transgressions but I don't agree with penalizing Watson for something that hasn't been proven. His name is already tainted forever just because of the accusations regardless of whether he's proven innocent or not. To suspend him until those transgressions are over is ridiculous. Those are years he'd never get back and what happens if it takes years for the cases to be settled. His career would potentially be over.

Geezus it was even worse than we thought :smh:

Report Details Urban Meyer Not Knowing Who Star Players Were, Made One Cry, & Belittled Staff With Threats

Urban Meyer was worst than we thought in the National Football League.

Meyer lasted just 13 games as head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, but he reportedly fostered an extremely poor atmosphere within the organization.

Jayson Jenks and Mike Sando of The Athletic dropped a insane report about him that had a particularly negative moment during the season:

“During a meeting that also included members of the coaching and personnel staffs, Meyer berated a player so harshly that the player cried. According to two sources, Meyer slammed the door after departing the meeting, leaving others to console the player. The next day, one of the other staff members present confronted Meyer about the incident in what one source described as a tense exchange.”
Meyer also had no clue who the star players in the elague were and that inlcuded Aaron Donald.

A veteran member of the staff called it “the most toxic environment I’ve ever been a part of,” per Jenks and Sando.

“You’ve got players in fear that they’re going to lose their jobs,” receiver D.J. Chark said. “You’ve got coaches who he belittled in front of us, and I can only imagine what he was doing behind closed doors. I’m surprised he lasted that long, to be honest with you.”
Meyer was fired after a 2-11 start to the 2022 season.

Meyer won NCAA national championships with both Ohio State and Florida, but the success did not carry over into his first season in the NFL. He will likely never get another shot.

I don't even think he tried, got his money and phones it in

Falcons have the 8th pick in the upcoming draft. Do they now draft a QB or grab a veteran via trade? The offseason intrigue continues.

I still need to know how this guy and Mitch Trubisky became hot items this offseason. :smh:

Maybe y'all trade Jimmy G to the Falcons or he goes to Houston to replace Periscope Neck 2.0

1. Texans already said they are rolling with, Davis Mills
2. Saints are looking to re-sign, Jameis Winston
3. 49ers are not going to trade Jimmy to the Seahawks
4. Colts are looking to get Matt Ryan (who's better for their system, since the Colts like deep shots with Ty Hilton)
5. Not sure what the Falcons will do after trading Ryan. But I don't see why they would turn around & want Garoppolo
6. Not sure what the Panthers will do, but they are already still paying Sam Darnold's contract
