Official 2025 NFL Discussion!!!

I try and tell people if you don't get drafted in the first 3 or 4 rounds, you should hope not to get drafted and sign as a UDFA....
These are guarantee

Damn. That explains it. I wanted the Bears to bring him in. I was wondering why he'd go to the Eagles after drafting Jordan Davis but that money explains it well.
They also signed a QB in Carson Strong who cold become something if he gets his knee situated.

And the Dolphins keep signing deep threat WRs. Got a 6'3, 230 lb receiver who runs under 4.4 in Tanner Connor from Idaho State. Hope that Tua can prove that he has the arm to consistently hit these targets.

HERE'S A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE TO CHEW ON WHEN IT COMES TO THE MEDIA GIVING OUT DRAFT GRADES AND THEIR ANALYSIS OF EACH TEAMS DRAFT CLASS:

Reminder: here's what Vito Stellino wrote in the P-G right after the Steelers' 1974 draft: "The Steelers seem to have come out of the first five rounds of the draft appreciably strengthened at wide receiver but nowhere else. They didn't get a tight end. They didn't get a punter. They didn't get an offensive tackle who might've shored up what could well become a weakness. What they did get was Swann, who seems to be a sure-pop to help; Lambert, who figures to be the No. 5 linebacker if he pans out; and three question marks." Five Hall of Famers that year. You just never know folks.

I was beating the table for months about A'qeel Glass to the Browns but another HBCU QB ain't bad. Our entire QB room is Black. I love it.

So I was in a twitter space last night that was talking about the HBCU players that got drafted, didn't get drafted, and etc...

The one thing I was hearing about why Glass didn't get drafted is because he is not mobile.....The kid from Alcorn who was signed after draft to the Browns is a mobile QB....

It was mentioned if this was 2006 or a few years ago he would have went in the 5th round, but teams have certain metrics they are looking for and nowadays a mobile QB is it....

I 100% AGREE! You can't teach arm strength and the motherfucker can throw the BALL.....I think he ended in the perfect situation esp. if he can get the #2 or #3 role....

I think what was said in the chat last night about Brady is that you are right he isn't mobile, but it's BRADY...LOL He is probably the only non mobile QB in the league right now...
