They've been beating defenses with 2 high safeties for years. You are right in the problem earlier this season being that Mahomes got stuck on trying to make the big play instead of taking what was there initially and he got back to doing to much of that the other day. IMO that wasn't his big issue against the Bucs.

Teams weren’t playing 2 high safety the whole game like they started doing after they saw what the Bucs did with it in the SuperBowl. The first 7-8 games of the season Mahomes and the Chiefs looked exactly like they did in that SuperBowl, at one point they were 3-4, Mahomes was leading the league in interceptions and his team was leading the league in turnovers, all this with a whole new offensive line. People were trying to blame the defense and the receivers but if the offense is turning the ball over like that then of course teams are going to score and make the defense look like they are the problem, Mahomes was running around crazy and just like in the SuperBowl those passes weren’t being caught by the receivers.

Mahomes was running for his life in the Super Bowl. He was making bad decisions and trying too hard to make the big play to begin this season. That coupled with the defense playing horribly at the start of the year were the reasons why the Chiefs looked so bad. Mahomes came around and got back to making quick decisions & taking what the defense was giving along with the defense rediscovering how to stop an opposing offense

If the allegations against the Dolphins are true then Steven Ross might get forced to sell the team. I'm not sure how he can prove a case against the Giants based on a text message from another person not affiliated with the team. Also it's not like he was the only black man interviewed either. They had a 2nd interview with Leslie Frazier after they interviewed Brian Flores and also interviewed Patrick Graham. This is a tough one to prove.
