{~}Official 2022-2023 NBA Thread - it’s that time again, this thread coming to a end

I thought he said he was gonna play until his son was in the nba
I feel exactly the same way, which is the reason why I never agreed with the mvp talk.
thr defensive player of the yr is a separate award.. defense has its own award… mvp usually meant the best offensive player or the biggest impact player.. it’s why people like magic Johnson won even though he’s not known for his defense.. Steve Nash definitely wasn’t a defense player and he got 2 he didn’t deserve

A player like the greek freak, who’s equally great on both sides is unmatched to me…

I didn’t really watch the reg season so I can’t tell you who deserved it.. but in the playoffs that tall cac been busting ass.. if he played like that in the past 3 yrs in the reg season and no other player was better or close than maybe I see why he may have gotten an award.. I thought I would never have to give credit to another cac player outside of bird or dirk but tall cac giving these dudes matchup problems

That's what I thought too, but at his age having to score 40 just so your team can lose by 2 has to be taking its toll.

A few times during the playoffs, father Time tap LeBron on the shoulder. I think it’s time. LeBron, you had a good run, but you see the writing on the wall.
I got a little nervous when he missed that point blank wide open layup un game 3, but retirement. Not yet Bron. Just pull a Kawhi and manage your minutes next season.

Besides if there was ever a player that actually deserved a retirement season farewell tour, it's Lebron.

Everybody's going everywhere this summer.

thats bullshit..    when them niggas was rolling over teams the whole season and in the first and second rounds NO ONE said anything about Udoka..NOW his issue is the real reason theyreabout to get swept..FOH!

I was saying this yesterday, the Celtics are in the ECF the same place they were last year but if you read the reports over the past 2 days you'd think they didn't even make the playoffs :hithead:

JJ taking shots at my school is a no go. SAS should have checked his ass. JJ really was taking shots at all HBCUS.

Nigga SAS coach is in the Hall of Fame

“Looks like the West had it easy being without LeBron.”

Bullshit stat.

1. 8 of those losses came against a 73 win team with KD added on.
2. 4 of those losses were with Matthew Dellavedova as his second option.
3. 3 of those losses were the year the Lakers won the championship
4. 7 of those losses came when the Cavs/Heat won the championship
5. 4 of those losses came at the age of 36
6. 8 of those losses came this year at 38 fucking years old
7. 4 of those losses were with Drew Gooden and Daniel Gibson as his second and third options at the age of 22

That's 38 out of the 46 losses.
