{~}Official 2022-2023 NBA Thread - it’s that time again, this thread coming to a end

  :lol:man I thought Looney had hit AD like he had hit Sabonis last week, this is weak

"Dropped the ball"?

Can we get realistic?

The Warriors are the world champions. They have vets, two of the best shooters ever, heart and championship pedigree.

They weren't losing at home last night with the season on the line. Yes it would've been nice if the Lakers won but they didn't and didn't drop the ball.

The Warriors did what they were supposed to do. Steph and Klay didn't play particularly well and they still won.

I expected the Lakers to get blown out based off the last game at Golden State and what was on the line.

By you saying Steph and Klay didn't play particularly well that says even more that the Lakers dropped the ball, I watching Shannon and Skip and they said Draymond Green hasnt scored 20 points since Christmas of 2019 and then Wiggins added 25, so if you hold those two shooters kinda in check but let others beat you then yes you dropped the ball. The Warriors started taking over from the beginning of the game

Lying LeBron is trying to cover it up but the cat's out of the bag:

The big thing to watch: Those MFers are going to do more acting than the cast of Glee back in LA for Game 6. :smh: :smh: :smh:

LeBron wildin he flops like no other .

I'm a big LeBron fan but this is the main reason I've never said he was better than Michael Jordan, I just can't get with the flopping and crying to the ref and the bad thing is LeBron is so good that he doesn't even have to do stuff like that

Draymond wasn't fucking around as shown by his scoring.

He picked the ball up that you thought the Lakers were dropping.

Lastly I know about sports, basketball and teams.

Golden State wasn't losing that game last night on their home floor.

A lot of people call him the GOAT because of him being a all time scorer and the fact he played against better players than jordan like it was jordan fault of the era he played in. I always tell people that lebron flopping really is something that people will look at to determine if he's the goat or not but because of all that flopping during his career and him even lying about that shit like he's innocent is the reason why he will never be the goat and he has just as many finals losses compared to jordan 6 rings.

If the Nuggets win tonight, it’s in the Lakers best interest to lose the series cuz we coming for everything above the neck on a Laker. Nobody would be safe.
It's crazy how the lakers even got this far but the west was weak this year.

I don't expect the lakers to beat denver and not even the warriors if either team was to make it to the western conference finals.

I said from the beginning that I hope it's the sixers vs denver in the Finals!

I can't knock a player for having Finals losses because you have to be a really good player to even get there that many times, I liked Jordan because you can tell he was out there trying to will his team to win by doing whatever it took, when I see Lebron flopping or jumping around begging the ref for a call that's what I can knock him for, the video below was embarrassing, yeah it was a clear foul but he's acted this way before on non fouls...smh

The best basketball player that I've ever seen on a basketball court is Michael Jordan.

Stats and nitpicking aside, MJ is the best basketball player that I've ever seen on a basketball court.

I agree, he's been in the league for 2 decades and hasn't grew up with still being a big grown baby on the court.

I hope his son is nothing like his father whining and begging for calls but the fact bronny decided to go to college, he could be a more polished NBA player once he gets drafted.

Lots of players whine to the ref but Bron's at times on a different level. I understand him being mad at the non-call in that Celtics game, being that it was right in front of the ref but damn.

And I definitely can't knock him for his Finals losses except for maybe that first one against Dallas.

To my knowledge many of the teams that he played with weren't favored to win so that means that the other team had a better team.

The fact that he got there so many times shows his greatness, especially in a row.

When it's all said and done Lebron probably will have the greater career due to the longevity and his play level.

But if we're talking about looking at a basketball and saying that's the best I've ever seen, then I'm gonna go with MJ.

So now niggas is just sick?!? Not Covid but just sick. And Ayton is ruled out? NBA wants a game 7. I’m convinced they’re behind this shit

You do know that Ayton plays for the other team right?

Unless you're saying that the Suns are better without Ayton?

And:

PHOENIX -- Suns center Deandre Ayton is receiving around-the-clock treatment on a deep rib contusion that has caused pessimism about his availability for Thursday's Game 6 against the Denver Nuggets, sources told ESPN.

Ayton is officially listed as questionable for Phoenix's potential elimination game, and a final decision is not expected to be made until tipoff nears.

It sounds like his having issues since his heart was removed :roflmao:
