I said the Spurs have a lot of Goofy non dribblers and poor passers.. Some are good but when they go small, and with Parker out they do play like Euro trash whiteboys.. Shit down the stretch they were up by 8 and couldn't even get a shot off, due to one dumb turn over after the next.
As far as their shooting, they shot very poorly from the three point they have only a few players that can get their own shots off.. They are well coached and really know how to play with in their scheme.
But to me, with out Parker, it felf more like OKC lost the game rather than the Spurs won..
As far as KD being another version of Nique, first you better realize how nice Nique wsa as a player, he and KD are probably two of the best one dimensional players ever..

His numbers are inflated because all he does is shoot jump shots, kills it on the free-throws, and his rebounds are due to the fact that his team shoots so many bad shots and misses.. He will always put up good numbers because scoring is 80% of his game.. Yes KD is a great player, but then again, so was Dominique, and in many ways they are similar players..

He is not a floor general that sets up the defense, so his passes are often him bailing out of him getting trapped (OKC has very little set plays), I say passing is 5% of his game.

I saw their flaws immediately and knew that they had serious problems that had to be adressed...
Folks here was saying it was just one game, then it turned into two, then it was the series. Since that initial loss to OKC the Heat has gone 9 and 1 to them, that tells you its a flaw and not just talent..
As long as KD stays skinny and refuse to learn how to post up, I see them continuing to be a flawed team that would be exploited by teams with the right style of play..

To me he is a jump shooter, a great one, but never the less primarily a jump shooter, and in my book you can't win with a jump shooter as your main star..

I don't know why they should flame KD, I mean he is a great scorer, but since dose being a great scorer means winning anything? There has been many great scores who never won shit, Nique, Ice Man, David Thompson, Connie Hawkins, Bernard King, shit look at Melo, a guy who is almost identical to KD, and yet KD manages to do more and go further..
OKC didn't lose because of Durant, it was due to the way their team plays, sure he was passive at times and turned over the ball, but maybe thats who he is as a player.. It is the job of the Thunder front office to find the players that best compliment his style, and develop his game in areas where he is lacking...
They need to do this instead of trying to compare him with other players and assume he is going to naturally win, like he's on deck..
