Oden's gonna get him a ring. He's taking his talents to South Beach. :cool:

Rich get richer. :smh::lol:

I wouldnt play this muthafucker outside of garbage time until after Christmas. And then I would manage his minutes and put a 15minute cap until March. Then at 20minute until the playoffs.

He's only needed in the Indy series to keep Hibbert honest.

Good signing.

He's not keeping shit honest.:smh: Hibbert's getting better and will be hitting j's next season. He'll be a liability if the Heat make it to the ECF. As for defense, he'll be easier to cover than Birdman or a Bosh. A conventional lineup plays right into the Pacers' hands.

What are you talking about? On defense he allows everyone to play their position and puts a body on Hibbert. Assuming Hibbert adds a jumper it will be no more than a 10footer...maybe an elbow shot (highly unlikely though) and Oden will guard that. Either way, Hibbert will get 90% of his points in or at the paint. On offense, Oden wont be needed to score shit. His mere presence allows Bosh to do whatever the fuck he wants with no sacrifice of rebounding presence.

Playing "traditional" doesn't play into Indy's hands. Playing small does. The only reason they went 7 was because the Heat couldn't match up with their inside size. Do yourself a favor and look at Odens season numbers vs his Heat series numbers. Oden cures that (or atleast addresses it).

I honestly have no idea what you're talking about or what series you watched this postseason. Saying Oden will be a liability is some of the silliest shit ive heard all week.

Don't know what you're talking about because we had D West guarding shooting guards vs. The Knicks and The Heat. And Birdman killed roaming the baseline. Haslem hitting baseline jumpers. What series were you watching?

With Oden on the floor, the Heat are going to take a hit in both transition defense and offense. And that offensive anchor is going to allow Hibbert to stay home more. He's also going to beat him down the floor constantly. You're bugging.

Put it this way, I'll take my chances with Oden playing extensive minutes vs small ball. Tyson couldn't neutralize Hibbert, Oden ain't doing shit.:smh:

If this works... I don't see how you cant see this being a great value move. I doubt they pay him more then 10 pence a season and possibly solve a glaring weakness

it very reasonable for folks to doubt him being healthy, but what if he's able to play key minutes during the second half of the season, then what?
