For the black folk who read check out Randall Robinson. He's dedicatd several studies and projection on the whole reparations issue. I'm definately against monitary reparations because it cannot mathematically be distributed fairly. If we started thinking more progressive like free higher education for blacks and eliminate the death trap poor blacks fall into called student loans and FASFA. I understand where you're coming from. I do.
However, the problem I see with tax free, is that it presumes that Black people are suffering due to a over-taxation.
That is not the case when the avg Black (non BGOL) household makes like $25-30k a year, or a low number (can't remember exact amounts).

It's gotta be cash.
No community reinvestment(it'll go to white businesses.
No free education.
No white apologies.
