The delivery people don't have much time to sit around and play with people and she did right cause there's no telling what else he was going to say.

I don't think that package was for him.... he woulda known that a laptop was coming.... and depending on what device he was accessing the Ring from, like if it was his phone, screen mighta been small... end of the day, like @HNIC stated, it's customer service.... you can't handle the job, find another... I had an Ex that used to work for UPS customer service.... the abuse that she got.... but she knew the job, got paid well.... and would get fired if she came out her face..... the company cares about $$$.... period

So not a single person on this board works in the service industry? If this was a "dick measureing" contest, she's going to lose. If it was me whether or not if I was being a dick or not. I'm filing a formal complain. And I'm making sure to follow through until when loses her job. Next time she'll pick a different profession since its so difficult for her to serve.
