It took me damn near two hours to get my 512 reservation to go through.
I kept getting the message about making too many attempts. I had to figure out that the lock out time was 15 minutes.
Steam could have done much better with this launch. Being overloaded is one thing, but to have people not be able to place an order because their account is too new and not tell people beforehand is not a good look.
Good I'm glad people are being punished for their lack of self discipline
