NFL Free Agency 2016....

So the Raiders looking at Doug Martin now.

I still hope we can land Malik Jackson and Weddle maybe Sean Smith.

I hear the 49ers wanna get Smith.

Smith would be a nice pair off with Amerson at the Raiders. We'd have some air superiority.

He might be too much money tho seem like he Raiders and trying to spend carefully, same with Jackson. But they would make great additions.

Yeah, my expectations are usually empty regarding FA. Looks like we landed a big fish, finally. One less draft position of need. We already won.

Need some secondary now. A solid safety and a cornerback would help.

Best bet might be to go defense than go Henry in the 2nd. But we need a defensive tackle and this draft is going to be HEAVY with DT's around that 2nd round pick.

Same dilemma the Skins are in. We need a DT and youth on the DL in general. But our runnng game was doo doo last season and if Elliot falls to #21, that's mighty tempting. But I'm thinking they will most likely go DL 1st two picks or DL, ILB.

Idk man.
I get the name recognition but it never works out for the fins

He's a good player, he gives the fins a better chance on defense. Mario was that dude at Buffalo. In 2014 Buffalo had the best defensive line in the league while he was there. A big part of that was Rex Ryan changing up the defense. Got pass rushers dropping into zone coverage.

Fins gonna be good with Mario if they know how to use him. That's finna be scary. Suh & Mario, oh no! lol

Damn the Jags got him. I didn't know.

Fuck. :hmm:

At 90mill tho.

Congrats y'all making moves.

Jackson getting paid like a mutha fucka that's what's up.

But they need to get younger.
They're adding pieces like they are ready to compete.
Shit,they still need QB

Right.

If we can grab dudes in FA we can save a lot of money in the draft. lol

Whatchu think about us grabbing Cromartie if we can't get Smith?

I want really thinking about RBs until I heard Demarco name come up and now Martins but do you think we need to get another back to pair with Murray?

True. Mario should buy them some time until they can grab younger players and y'all still got the draft to look forward to.

I say if they can fill some spots in FA now in critical areas like D line and O line. You can be competitive if your QB is at least halfway decent so Tannehill gotta go. :smh: lol

Who the fins got any eyes on? Cuz I don't think Tannehill is getting any better.

Definitely could use another RB. TJ isn't cut out for it. And I don't know what happened with Helu. Murray did his thing but if we could swing another runner to influence his play, that'd be great. Switch up skill sets and respect the run. Insurance too.

Amerson showed some flashes at CB. We just need to get Hayden to the back of the rotation, by any means. So either of those two would be an upgrade. Rather have Smith but Cro would do. Hayden has to take a backseat. Somehow, someway.

Man Doug Martin torched us something serious a couple few seasons ago.:smh: That O line is stacking up, especially if Penn stays. Sign DM up.

I hope they at least attempt to draft a qb

Helu seem like he couldn't hang either. :smh: He just came and disappeared. Sucks for his debut.

DM is a little dude he could hide behind the line and break out on the run and he's from Cali so he'll be coming back home.

I agree at Hayden. Sean Smith come over!

I really hope Penn stays he wants to stay I hope they make it work.

Now that Peyton Manning is gone, Raiders are hungry as hell
They are making serious moves to possibly win the division this season
Or at least get a wild card spot

.....Meanwhile.....My 49ers aren't doing SHIT !!!

:smh::smh::smh:

Damn Irving and Mack? Some dude on espn said within the next few years Jacksonville and the Raiders will run the AFC. He wasn't lying

It's lining up. All them years of gripping, but it's finally lining up.

Both teams need a major turn around.

We haven't seen a playoff in 13 season. All I want is playoff run.

And I know the jags wanna come out of obscurity.

Source: Maxwell, Alonso trade in jeopardy
The Dolphins are considering backing out of the trade made earlier this week with the Eagles because of concern about a shoulder injury suffered by CB Byron Maxwell, per ESPN's Ed Werder and Chris Mortensen.

CB Janoris Jenkins expected to sign with Giants
7:46 AM ET

Free-agent cornerback Janoris Jenkins is expected to sign with the New York Giants, sources tell ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Jenkins, 27, had his most consistent season in 2015 for the St. Louis Rams, finishing with 64 tackles, three interceptions and a forced fumble in 15 games.

In his four seasons with the Rams, Jenkins has been one of the league's best playmaking defensive backs, scoring six touchdowns, the most of any defensive player in the NFL in that span.

Jenkins said during the season that he and the Rams had negotiated up until the bye week, but since the team had not signed him by then, he wouldn't talk about a contract again until after the season.

The Rams used a second-round pick on Jenkins in the 2012 NFL draft and immediately plugged him in as a starter. He started 60 games in his four years with the team.

ESPN Rams reporter Nick Wagoner contributed to this report.
I like this move. Our secondary was trash outside of DRC
