There are times that footage would be inadmissible for those very reasons. the police eyewitness testimony is also surveillance as well and can also be inadmissible if evidence is obtained without due process (which may or may not be warranted). Probable cause requires more than a noise complaint. Get better Counsel.

Friday show got canceled cause allegedly they didn’t finish building the stage for the electric zoo in Randall’s island. But that event always happen Labor Day weekend for 3 days in a row(Fri-sun) 10s of thousands of white people from diff states/ countries coming in dressed in colorful shit, some chicks topless, Molly upped, x upped, who knows what else, in some big rave, and noticed you didn’t hear about them having drones all up at their event for security reasons. Around 11pm/12am u’ll start to see all these cacs walking through Harlem/ Spanish Harlem walking, taking the bus, train, hopping in cabs to go downtown to their hotels or wherever for 3 days straight. Some topless wihite girls, chicks walking in g strings or body paint at night
