i had something called Deep fried alligator eggs last year..........that shit was hittin
(it wasnt an actual alligator egg, they just named it that. it kinda looked like an alligator egg that was deep fried, but its filled with brisket, cheese, and green onions)
I also like the Mexican Firecracker....(which looks similar to that Fried Texas BBQ Shotgun Shells).
They give you this dip that comes with it.....the dip is actually better than the Firecracker...
 
The beignets and empanadas are the only ones that make culinary sense to me. And maybe the deep fried viet coffee for dessert.
