1. The state DID convict, just not as harshly as you think they should have.

2. No information about him cooperating came out during trial or after sentencing.

3. No major suppliers to your or my knowledge (or anyone's) caught charges following his conviction.

I'm not gonna assume a nigga's snitching without strong evidence towards that end. Too many niggas get hurt or killed behind that kind of thinking.

A high profile rapper in a high profile case turns snitch and there is no coverage of any kind? Nah man, thats even unlikelier than the trial's outcome.

I can tell the majority of you niggas learned about the criminal system from music. Lemme explain this to you again: when you are guilty beyond proof, the majority of the time you are offered plea agreement instead of going to trial. Most people plea to avoid a costly trial or the agreement is less time than if convicted, i.e. Mike Vick.

Sorry to inform you, but Face publicly apologized to 50 about that song, as did Bun. The track was an old Face cut & a Bun verse from the vault, Z-Ro was on it because 50 was on the Box here in the H talking greasy about S.U.C & ZRo went to his hotel to confront him, but got no answer when they knocked on his door...in retaliation rap alot made this track w/o Face's approval. Besides, Face is the TRUE snitch. In the lil troy suit in which face lost for $500k, a affidavid signed by Brad Jordan, revealed that he was the real snitch & not lil troy like he accused.

My thing is this. You would have to be a dumb as nigga who is facing 20 years and not talk. If anyone of you who talking about being a snitch and you say you would not talk then you are a dumb ass. TI is a entertainer and not John Gotti. What purpose would it serve him to do 20 years just to protect an image.

For those who don't know. TI got a 2nd chance. They factored in that TI was not a threat to society and that since his felony he has walked a straight path. He was not buying the guns to commit a crime. Yes his public image saved him because anyone else would have took the charge.

TI's the only rapper to go platinum in 2 years right. The record company boys were out there scared their honeypot would go to jail. I know everybody thinks TI snitched but it sounds to me like a deal got put together.

You can explain what the fuck you want to, but your explanation did nothing to uphold the argument that "TI obviously snitched, because there is no way in hell that he could have gotten off so light."

The Feds are not fucking God. They do mess up sometimes, as with the Murder Inc. trial. In fact, going at rappers--who they assume are fuckin' ignorant criminals who use music to launder criminal proceeds--they often underestimate the defendant, their intelligence and resources, try out a whole bunch of sensational bullshit (like trying to link Murder Inc to 50's shooting based on lyrics) and get caught overextending themselves.

To me thats just as likely as some cockamamie, half-ass assumptions by 50 the Drama Queen and his nuthugging followers (like yourself) that TI is a snitch cause he got off too easy.

From what I understood T.I. didn't even have the Connection on the Guns it was his bodyguard that was working with the feds that introduced TI to the feds.....which could clearly be made out to be entrapment with a decent lawyer....in order for the FEDS to save face and TI to get off he had to take that weak ass deal rather than trying to fight the feds full force b/c he was in the wrong himself for trying to make that purchase.....if he snitched on some real gun running mofos someone with some fucking credibilty in the situation would be making noise about it instead of these celebrity gossip mofos......
