After a week in county I got out on house arrest (which im currently still on) but I was suppose to get a "mandatory" 7 years and I aint snitch on nobody.

My case started out as a state case and the Feds picked it up for the shotgun being sawed off. According to the A.T.F. agent that my lawyer spoke with, they dropped it back down to state because I had no violent criminal record and no prior gun convictions. The state took the same facts into account when recommending my sentencing which is why I only got 6 months in jail.

My point is, my views on him getting off is based on the actions taken with my own case, I know laws in different states aint the same but the Feds are nation wide. T.I. didnt have any violent convictions or weapons convictions and people made a big deal from him being a convicted felon but his charge was selling crack and a bunch of probation violations. He was shit for the Feds and once they got his ass and saw that he wasnt nothing but a street image they let his ass off like any other young dumb fool that cant benefit them. The guns he was buying was from a gun shop where the dealer chose to sell under the table, it aint no big gun trafficking situation here. That whole case was based on his image he portrayed and media hype.
