There is not a team from the east you can realign unless they relocate a team to the West...

And Sac is locked into an 35 year arena deal....

Also OKC should be moved back to Seattle...

Once you loose 3 MVP players in less than 5 years.... The owner should be fired and the NBA should take the team back and relocated... Lol
