I think one of the main things is Milwaukee had the best defense in the league, and I don't exactly hear anyone arguing against it.

That "young" excuse is over. I didn't like how they used it last year. That "young" shit died in 2018. They had their bumps. Even the year they didn't make the playoffs, they were a "playoff" team with 46 wins. Murray, Harris, Jokic been together for a while now. It's time to be consistent. Jokic should be a leader by now, Harris always hurt, Murray a little younger but he now is the only one I can believe in and he's inconsistent as fuck.

However, I think my dismissiveness was short-sighted. At the very least, they are being good role models and demonstrating to thousands-- maybe millions-- of black kids especially (but also kids of all races) that it is important to take a stand. I think there is real value in that.
