Lamar Aldridge is terrible.

That's why I was glad the Lakers weren't interested

He was terrible for the Spurs and they had better offense and defense without him

When you aren't a good defensive player in the first place and then you start getting old :smh:

Plus that soft muthafucka just wants to shoot jumpers.

You are right @Mack1052 Claxton is the one who needs major minutes. Jordan and Alridge need to be on the bench during the playoffs. Maybe Jordan for Embiid for those six fouls and some deterrence.

Zion is at PG like Giannis

because the big muthafucka doesn't shoot from the outside, Giannis tries at least. He's easier to defend when he's not going downhill.
He will never be a threat until he gets a J. Giannis is damn near 7ft with his wing span knows how to push the pace, and he has better handles. Stan is an idiot privilege cac coach that's not qualified to coach youth basketball at the Y.

He’s shooting 40% partly because of the work he’s put in to improve his jumper but also because the set puts him in a position to capitalize on that work and take wide open jumpers. The action forces the defense to sag and because he’s not a deadly shooter the ball rotates and boom he’s knocking them down.

I do agree with you about Zion though.

No Lonzo is not a 3 point specialist but it is a part of his job. It’s what the NBA is now. Who did they have on Zion in that game?
He is in that position because he has to be somewhere on court. Stan sets and actions are horrible. He has demonstrated zero understanding of modern basketball. Good athletes can make chicken salad from chicken shit but not on a consistent enough basis to make the playoffs. They have won plenty of games in spite of his inept coaching.

They have a bad line up, because they didn't need Bledsoe.

and they shouldn't have gotten the great white hope, because he clogs the lane for Zion. That's another reason they have Zion handling the ball. Because they have a player who clogs the lane, instead of someone who can actually shoot.

Do you agree with this strategy?

Do you agree with this strategy?

at this point the season is lost, and the best they can get is a play in game...so I think the goal is to develop Zion

but yeah, considering they have Zion and another supposed All Star in Ingram, they should be better...Stan has under performed as coach

That is not development. Stan only regressed players and franchises. He is doing them all a disservice.

"Sad state of affairs."
Adam Silver and the Player's union gotta do something about the referee situation during the off-season. B.S. like that is killing the flow of the game.

The defensive player has to allow room for the shooter to land.

Dude flopped but Ben appeared to close out in his landing space.

They don’t want this to happen so that call is here to stay.

It was Harris. And that was fuckin stupid. Ben should have played Zion and Harris on Ingram. Doc been doin some dickhead shit lately with matchups and it's just dumb. Mainly starting that worthless piece of dog vomit Mike Scott at center when Embiid takes his faggot ass rest days. It's ridiculous. Fuckin start Dwight and let B-Ball Paul Reed be the back up. Fuck a Mike Scott. That pussy can't even play his own position how the fuck he gon play center.

I get that they were checking for that, but stopping the game still kills the momentum and flow of the game. Brooks popped right back up so he obviously wasn't hurt.

And that was the point where I stopped watching the game because it was like third game stop in maybe 4 minutes. With so many stops, I usually reach for my phone or start doing something else. And before long I've completely forgotten that I was watching a game.

Absolutely fuckin ridiculous. I hate these refs with all my heart and soul. I swear I do.
I can't even say that I hate these refs. They're just doing what they've been told to do. The league has to do a better job balancing protecting the players with and keeping the game going.

I've barely watched a full game since Christmas and it's because of the game stoppage. At some point a coach will challenge something or the refs will need a three minute review. And that point the game pretty much becomes background noise cause the screen has lost my attention. I could be listening to it on radio like the 1960s for all the difference it would make

That Claxton kid is going to be special whenever Nash takes the training wheels off of him.

Y'all did y'all thing today, can't deny that. Would have loved to see Kyrie and Demolition man go at it in the second but that bullshit happened.

Not worried about y'all like y'all shouldn't be worried about us. There's too many good teams in both divisions that could knock either one of us out the playoffs.

I disagree, Aldridge has the experience and is exactly what’s needed on the court. His basketball IQ, determination is what’s needed on that team and gives them the best chance to lose.

Which is exactly what we want!:roflmao:

True. It's ultimately the league's fault. But these refs in general are so fuckin bad now. I hate them. I hate their grandparents.     I just wanna beat the livin' shit outta 7 of them.:angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:
