I mean a player does have the right to sign where he wants when his unrestricted? Who says other teams didn't try to get him last off season?

Man, I got to catch back up on the Cavs. Once 2k22 drops and I get back in the NBA mood, I'll start nosing around and have a better feel for the team.
I think theyll do better this season. They possibly have a generational talent but this fanbase and media won't rest til Sexton is gone...

What are your/Cavs fanbase thoughts on Mobley? I initially wanted the Rockets to get him but seeing the talent of Green in the summer league, I see why the Rockets chose him over Mobley. I still think Mobley will be a star but it might take a little longer for him to develop.

I don't know because when a player is afraid to shoot that changes everything. Rather have a player that can't shoot then a player who is afraid to shoot...Honestly Golden States a good place me to go also. They system that they have in place, the shooters and the environment.

Even this waive period the player really has control. Established players usually choose their teams even if the waive process doesn't dictate that.
