In this league will 50 win....no. KOBE LEBRON AMARE all have one thing in common in this game. YOU CANNOT STOP THEM you can only hope to CONTAIN THEM and eliminate the contributions from the ones around them. Any of yall read the Jordan rules book. Well thats how I play. My brother is the king of exploits Mike Vick in madden...Federer in Tennis, Lebron in this. But if you put a solid defender on him and deny the others around him or any other star player the ball then you can win. It's not really lebron who's beating you its the guys around him real talk. He scores those points to be a decoy for the rest of the team. You just have to play smart defense.

Exactly I don't think he is exploitative. He utilizes his system to its max and lebron has the second highest fatigue setting in the game so He and Ai Kobe and Devin Harris never get tired. If you can manage to score those points and win then I applaude him because you can limit the scoring. Just look at the box score for when we played. I manually defended him and denied him the ball. I ran tayshaun and sheed at him and played the passing lanes. He still managed to score alot but that was on the old settings without sliders or subbing. Keep that in mind. As my man Ace said there is a counter to everything in the game.

That is up to Syd he is Jordan..I take my cues from him. I can appreciate what he is trying to do. And this goes to all you lurkers out there who are in the league and reading. Yall don't know how involved what he is doing is. I have run a few leagues and the hardest thing to get is participation. Nigs be online and fukkin around and no one plays their games so no one completes a league. I have been in 10 leagues...some of them stall before they ever get off the ground. It is a privalege to be in a league such as this. We have someplace to gather after the game is over and talk shit. This is one of the better organized leagues out there. And to my man porn hunter I can see your frustration but we have been saying all along that this is a practice run for the real show later on. We are working out the kinks now so that we can have a better overall experience later. You are fortunate because you are involved in the process and have a better stake in things. I think rather than complain you should try to participate a little more in order have your input count. Lurkers included. Ain't no one gonna clown you for coming forward and speaking. With that being said I will put it out there now that maybe you should be allowed to come back. I played you and you were alright even though you shot an abominable percentage from the 3pt line. IF you are reinstated the first thing you should do is go and get the gt's of the other owners and try to set up some game time. It can be done. COMMUNICATE!

Next league there should be a rule. A minimum of 10 games played before you can trade.
Here is my logic for this.
Lets say you come in the league wheeling and dealing. You don't like the chemistry and have shot your trading wad so to speak. Well now you lose interest and don't come back. You've lost and traded away the team. How can you now get someone else to step in and take over. I sure wouldn't wanna do that. Secondly if someone has played 10 games they have a better understanding of what is lacking. How can you possibly know without playing any games. 3rd Its pretty safe to say that 10 games and someone is dedicated to their team and therefore will have a higher probability of staying till the end. I think next go around a moratorium on trades should be in place. Let me know what you guys think about this?

Well I have to play with the new settings you announced to see how it works out, but I did notice some crazy ass alley oops that should not have happened. There should be a happy medium that forces ball movement. Very rarely in the league do you see players making shots with hands in their face. And you don't seeing players running around in circles to get free. We should have a situation where atleast 3 of the 5 players have to touch the ball before a shot is attempted. In the games I have played so far I seen people come up with 17 seconds or more and take a jumpshot without really setting up an offense. YOU WILL NOT SEE THAT IN THE NBA! utilize the clock.
When you have run the play on it takes at least 5 seconds to set up the play and get in position so with 12 seconds on the clock you can work it around and get a good clean shot. Look at my shooting percentage in the league. I do have one of the higher ones because I get clean looks at the basket.
Those who have played me can attest to the fact that I move the ball. That is fundamental and the true key to winning. I gotta give it to ace as much as I don't like him running up the score he gets everyone involved and doesn't turn it over much. That is key. With that being said the shot success sliders and shooting in traffic should be lowered one to two notches. That will teach the younglings how to better move the ball around. It really won't effect the elite teams because I can honestly say after playing them all that they all move the ball around.
The Suns, Cavs, Wiz, Boston cats all move the ball and that is why there is a big separation between us and the rest. And I said before that the lakers can def be up there but they got to move the ball nuff said. But those sliders will better enforce what I am saying. You don't want to reward people who come down and gun up shots.

It's all about discipline. WE all wanna run and get out on the break but you have to have a gameplan and stick to it. Hey im not gonna tell you how to play. You are my homey and I want to see you shine in the league as well. Its all about discipline and mindset, and its better to start thinking this way earlier than later. I can tell the ones that see what I am saying because you are seeing more parity in the league and more ball movement. For all the complaining about Syd's settings its working because the games are more fun more real and more exciting.
well we had a nice game going and the score was tight but when he went to the try to steal every pass and rip the ball every time defense i went unrealistic also

Yeah that game was a real nail biter but for me, I just lost it at the end and couldnt comerback. I was actually suprise that Diop got some in because he's kinda hard to make buckets sometimes but he showed up for this game.
