i always thought it was the fourth. b/c the kanji reads (4)
c/s plus it plays to the theme of him summoning hokages.
Well Kabuto was happily boasting that he surpassed Orochimaru's level so who knows
Didn't know that there was Kanji on it saying the Fourth, ah well
But isn't that a Forbidden technique besides from what I gather of using it, who can 'revive' any bad ass you want right? Now I just remembered something which doesn't make much sense to me, Tobi said that he gave Nagato his eyes, but if that was so, when would he have given him his eyes, Nagato possessed the Rinnegan long before Toby came into the picture, as seen when his parents were killed by those Leaf Ninja, the story is confusing the hell out of me now, but the PaperCut bitch is going out hard though, hope she lives, would love to see more of her techniques!
yeah saw that but if kabuto was smart he would use the third, besides pain he is the most powerful ninja I've seen, he knows every ninja technique in the village and only died because of his old age.

the third whooped BOTH the 1st and the 2nd in the anime.... I know they were corpses but they were still as strong as they were when they died.
Does that mean that the 3rd couldve handled Madara if he had the chance??
I realize that the two corpses were limited to Orachimaru's instructions that he put on the tags before he implanted the corpses.....but i think the theory is sound

Why was Madara wearing a mask with only one eye hole if he actually had both eyes...seems very convenient for the plot. That just came out of knowhere. Now he's back to status quo.

Its basically a plot to boost the Uchiha clan just remember at the beginning of the series it was said that the Sharingan descended from the Byakugen and yet u havent heard nothing about the Hyuuga and Uchiha clan connection since then.

Izanagi use apparently power the sage of six paths. The sage split himself into the two clans uchiha and senju. If this really is Mandara and what he said was true. He now has some of the power of the sage by fighting the first hokage.

When madara said red I was thinking like Naruto's mother not purple or some shade of red. Also Madara called the 1st the second of sixth path and Nagato the third, so I wonder how many more are there
Older brother- power of eyes, Sharingan (Uchiha) & Byakugan (Hyuuga)
Young brother- power of body, Wood/Skilled in all type of Ninjustu (Senju) Ice Techniques (Haku) Acid Techinque (Mizukage) Body Manipulation (Choji family whatever the fuck their name are)
Senju powers weren't defined like the Uchiha they just said they were really skilled.

my theory is that there are six powerful "clans" or powers that make up the sixth paths.
1st path-senju
2nd path-uchiha
3rd path rinnegan(nagato)
4th path- byakyugan
5th path- sage (natural energy/ y wouldnt the rakidou sage have access to this)
6th path- 10 tails power
Its pretty obvious that Madara: is from the Uchiha clan, took some senju from the 1st (like danzo), wants the rinnegan from nagato (third path or whatever), is after the bijuus and can probably open the celestial gates.
This is all just a guess tho. Im not sure if Hyuuga fits b/c (i think) the Sharingan came from the hyuuga's byakugan

also, I think the battle is being set up like this:
madara has the 1st genes, maybe just his left side where the eye that closed was is the hashirimas (im guessing that is the eye that he replaces with his sharingan vault). Madara's plan:

That chart is bullshit because it was said the Uzumaki clan was a distant relative to the Senju clan..You would think that the chart would branch off to all of its descendants from the Senju including the Uzumaki clan

If shinobi dead or alive are supposed to have all these secrets that can be exploited within their bodies, why would someone who grew up with them, especially with all the shit they went through together NOT destroy their body the very first chance they got? Major logic fail to me. It is writing like this that pisses me off. Has his characters making uber idiotic mistakes/decisions among other things.

he needs to explain the history of the hyuga clan also, there has been no mention of them in any of the flashbacks. They most likely came from the uchiha ancestor but there is no mention of them or how they team up with the senju
So bloody true with that statement bro, guys something else we didn't 'pay' attention too, but Toby was going on about people and how they love to focus on 'Folklore' RE: the battle between him and the first, he said that he used that fight to gain his 'abilities' could it be that all that time Toby was moonlighting as the First? If so what turn of events does it mean to this story? Also I believe that Kishimoto is messing up his continuity of his story immensely but then again I hope it pans out better, and the end of the battle between the Paper Making Bitch ninja and Toby was she trying to create Naruto's Ultimate move to use against him? Man I need this story to be broken down like phonics to me its not making sense at all. On a different note though what did you'll think about bleach?
He did explain it, as a matter of fact he did it twice. Once when Madara was sitting on window ledge watching Naruto sleep he told naruto about Rikodu and his sons. The other was when his mother told him about his birth, she called Uzumaki and Senju distant blood relatives. They are related but, it's more of a sibling to sibling than Parent to child.
