Thats not Shisui thats some uchiha named Kagami. Think about it if that was Shisui, who was Itachi's best friend. Then 13 year old Itachi would've had a 40+ year old best friend. I dont know how they feel about young kids having old ass best friends in japan but that shit aint cool over here.
