Sasuke didn't take years to master Susanoo,he did a half ass version against the Raikage and after that fight,he was low on chakra and then that's when he did the full fledged version against Itachi....that fight still pisses me off
Im going to assume that most Uchihas have low chakra due to their use of the Sharingan...

I wish they had stuck with madara as the villian instead of the sixpaths mom. They built him up so only to make a twist with a villian no one cares about.
