The gumbo state may be ghetto but I will be damned if there ain't no fine ass women down there. I have met all kinds of fine sisters from dark hue lovelies, brown beauties, and light skinned slimmies. All shades. I may be out of touch but in the 90's sisters from that state were fine. Obviously it's edited, because video doesn't come together by itself. And if it ran as a story once, then it was almost certainly re-edited and run again. And if you got an hour to spare (and trust me, they've got hours to spare in the average station) you can find a few clips and cut this kind of thing together pretty easily.

I'm from Arkansas and I can co-sign on that one. My hometown is a small joint (pop 17,000 or so) and the place is just ignant as hell. Niggas still doing the same shit they were doing back in high school. There's no money to be made unless you sell dope or get lucky enough to work at the steel mill. Gotta agree. Today, I saw cats changing a flat tire in the middle of (4 lane) Roebuck Parkway in a Caprice with suicide doors (and pringle logos). These dudes were in the middle of this busy as road changing the tire with their entire bodies exposed. I came very close to hitting one of those cats.
