I went to KC to visit this chick but she lived in Lee Summit, I just remember watching the news the couple of days that I was there and the lead story always started with a murder. It was insane!
I have to co-sign on East St. Louis. East St. Louis is right next the the river and in direct proximity to St. Louis, but the only real revenues comes from strip clubs and casinos. That means that these clubs and casinos run the city. Along with those who owns those clubs and casinos.

Kansas City Is Not that bad(maybe because I lived here my whole life)but you can avoid trouble if you don't go looking for it. If you don't have to be in the hood, then don't go.
