t.i vs. gucci because gucci's pussy ass called v103 a day after releasing the record apologizing. I still remember how sad and shook he felt. I play it often for gucci stans who had him buried back then. I also luv the video clip of him almost in tears about to be sentenced.

You must not like dude, because that video showed absolutely nothing. He was just standing there, didn't look like he was emotional at all. What was he supposed to say when he spoke for himself, fuck you bitch, I'm a thug I can handle any time you give me :confused:

DRUG DEALER FEATURING STREET DRUG LORD AZIE FORMED GROUP MOB STYLE AND HAD BEEF WITH NWA AND EAZY E. EAZY RESPONDED WITH A VERSE " THE GOOD THE BAD THE UGLY YOU NIGGAS KNOW WHERE TO FIND ME" FROM NWA SECOND ALBUM I THINK. Niggaz4life OR 100 Miles And Runnin' ALBUM.

READ SOMEWHERE mob style RUSHED BEHIND STAGE THEIR CREW TO TEST NWA AT THE Apollo.I think the beef started cause they viewed NWA as (ric Ross of today) so they wanted to show how real "nigggas" getting into rap and saying NWA are a fraud in the industry.

Ironically, NWA became the influential gangster rap group outside NY and NEW YORK gangster rappers were set aside while west coast NWA "BRANDED" gangster rap and paved the way to future wannabe studio gangsters and real criminals turn rappers How ironic the story.

From then on Ny became widely known for back pack rappers and ignant rap fans that wanted to hear gangster rap followed west coast and criminal turn rappers like Kool G RAP, MOB STYLE lack of marketing and mainstream appeal were set aside for more colorful gang driven music.

I still listen to MOB STYLE although not lyrically but you can feel the rawness and the truth behind the music and they did have a few positive songs like this one. once again they were not lyrical in their mic skills.

P.S. I am not hating on Eazy E a criminal turn music mogul and the tight production of NWA .
LOL
A kat I grew up with & went to high school with used to associate with a few of them kats & was there;
used to tell me about that shit laughing

LOL My cuz used to fuck with Sparky & SpiderD BITD - still tease him when I look @ that old ass Album cover

Hmm,let's see
Nature dissing Nas came to an abrupt ending alledgedly after he got punched in the face & stomped in the pjs due to it;

around the 90s, Busta & Meth alledgedly got into a physical altercation; afterwards, Meth cut his own plats/braids off.
ChubbRock & BReal had a quickback and forth {"How'bout some Lyrics?"}
Didn't Know StanSpit {kat from Belly who got shot @ the Table} responded to Cam'ron as Cam said he slapped, beat & pulled a burner on his youngboy due to the beef.

Although the Cam Nas shit seckled, that motherfucka Cam was on BET106&Park talkin to the camera as if it was Nas, talking about he knows how it is, being locked into a fucked up contract, not making $, having freedom and selling as much as u want.....Nas's young rapper/protege Nashaun went in on Cam in AcrosstheSky? joint and Cam & them alledgedly confronted the kid when they saw him on the streets of the Bx.

Prodigy got snuffed (by an even smaller kat then himself), cried and acted like he was gonna shoot some real goons from QB even though he claimed to be them throughout all his records;

LakeyTheKid {Streetkat turned rapper that Nas shouted out and used for StreetCred} proceed to take his character apart on a record and also posed a WHY song to Nas with somereal interesting questions that never got responded to, which also exposed Nas on shit that fell apart in his life in the near future.
ChinoXL was taking many a man apart lyrically in the 90s hillariously.
Rapper Sunkist, Pun's Man, actually fought FatJoe after he alledgedly cut CubanLinx in a scrap.
JimJones talked shit but never went head up or made any real attempts to go @ his style/ghostwriter MaxB; but appraently he stayed getting chased by kats.
Camel will never go Head up or Lyrically line4line with no fucking JazO.
FatJoe also taunted the camel alot and even had him bitch out @ the Rucker and keep his team on the bus when they forfeitted the Rucker based on seating arrangements ???

Grapf used to go @ JoeBudden when he 1st came out as everybody alledgedly thought he wrote it and wanted to battled kat bad because of it;
The Gayme apparently tracked jumpoff Joe's past, came through his old neighborhood and started asking kats questions, trying to find out more on this kat in his own hood, calling himself looking for him.
Never EVER heard about that SalaamRemi/Murray shit

peace

producer and rapper, explain :confused:

yeah, I really think it was best that Earl didn't respond to that :lol:

Well Salaam was signed to def jam as an artist first. But he didnt fit the "mold" of what they wanted at the time. He signed an A&D deal, which basically says "We aint gonna put your shit out, we think you gotta develop a bit more. HOWEVER anything you do make belongs to us, and in the event its actually hot, we can choose to give it to other artists that we actually WILL put out. Keith Murray could rhyme but they felt he wasnt coherent enough, just rhymes all over the place...Basically...Keith Murrays first album (Which he NEVER got close to lyrically again) was REALLY Salaams "A&D" album.....

I dont know but on my first intership one of dudes close friends told me that. In fact Salaam made an open letter to the industry about that shit on SOHH about 7 years ago.

kid n play vs. luke skywalker (luke actually did them dirty)

Nah, Kid n Play got involved in some shit that they had no business getting involved in. Going around trying to dis southern and west coast cats with little gay ass jokes and shit. Problem was; nobody was laughing. Same thing they did with NWA. They made a "Niggas With Activator" joke, and somebody from the left side went to check on them, after that, they made a VERY heartfelt apology. 2 Live and MC Shan never really took off. Luke responded to Shan's interview, and Shan never responded back.

ChubbRock, see YabbaDabbaDo
&

"Insane in the Brain" was released in 1993 and reached number 19 in the Hot 100 chart, and number 1 in the U.S. rap chart. The song was off of the album Black Sunday. According to B-Real, the song was actually a diss song aimed at Chubb Rock. The group felt Chubb had ridiculed their style on his 1992 album."

That Cam Stan Spit shit was a quote from a Source mag when it was still decent after all this, around when Belly was out

then

That Cam shit was on 106&Park w/ AJ & Free so don't know that would be @ but I think I tape it or some shit lol;

CHINO XL

This shit said

but actually truly wasn't.
Grafh used to come on KaySlay's show weekly mcing hard;
addressed that he heard it & was trying to reach out directly,
no rapper back & forth shit :lol:

No records, but I think I had the show captured somewhere where kat was trying to restrain himself from wanting to really catch up to Joe since he wouldn't acknowledge the similarities, battle or him as an artist or some shit.

Grafh also stayed picking on 50, shooting slick jabs like
"If he get shot, it aint us..." since they run with curtis ex manager, a made and known man.

Was waiting for someone else to mention this as somebody got smacked up alledgedly as a result.
Heard this like that Azie shit early, from someone who would know whether the general public knew or not.

& wasn't any BEEF beef, but the difference of issues in NaughtyByNature which eventually broke em up had kats take it to the hands in the park like men (similar to the FatJoe/Sunkist shit) with KayGee handling his.

peace
