I have a mentor of mine who is into real estate, he was going to a bank to cash a cashiers check from a real estate transaction about a year ago. He said the teller said, we have to let it be deposited for like 4 or 5 business days before we can give you the money. He was like wtf? It is a CASHIERS check lady. She said sir I understand, but the nigerians have gotten so good at forging these checks, its sometimes hard for us to tell.
He was like it is amazing that nigerians thousand of miles away can dictate how we do banking in atl.
I work with a few also, I know other nigerians who told me they do not do business with other nigerians. They call the scam a 419. I asked a nigerian at work about it he told me he couldn't tell me about it cause I am not nigerian, ain't that a bitch.

Underarm odor motherfuckers... I am a car dealer. Had a car for sale online. I think it was a Honda Accord. On the best day, the car was worth no more than 10k. So this Nigerian motherfucker sends me an email and offers me 17k for the car and for me to give him my address and he will send me a cashiers check. After I cash the money order, he wanted me to ship the car to a location he specified. I instantly knew it was a scam, but I played along with his no deodorant having ass. A few days later, a money order comes in the mail for 17k, funny thing is, the money order looked pretty official.
So... I go down to my bank, I am real cool with the tellers because I am in there every day basically. I show a teller the cashiers check and ask her if there is anyway that she can tell if it is real... She looks at it, makes some calls and says, yeah its real. I said ok, then deposit it in my account please.
So the very next day, the cashiers check clears and the funds are available in my account. I am like word!? So, I still knew something was wrong, but I said fuck it and withdrew the entire 17k out and just had it sitting in the crib. A few days later the teller calls me and is basically crying, asking me if I still had the money!
So after I went back to the bank, I found out the hustle... these underarm motherfuckers actually purchase real cashiers checks or money orders in very small amounts... let say he buys a cahiers check for 7.00 They then go home and modifies the cashiers check and or reprint a totally new fake cashiers check for a much larger amount, lets say he turns 7.00 into 17,000 dollars. What they do though is they take all the routing and banking information off the real check, so when the tellers attempt to verify, it comes back as a real check.

So the very next day, the cashiers check clears and the funds are available in my account. I am like word!? So, I still knew something was wrong, but I said fuck it and withdrew the entire 17k out and just had it sitting in the crib. A few days later the teller calls me and is basically crying, asking me if I still had the money!
I told her not to worry and I will come through and drop the money off...So after I went back to the bank, I found out the hustle... these underarm motherfuckers actually purchase real cashiers checks or money orders in very small amounts... let say he buys a cahiers check for 7.00 They then go home and modifies the cashiers check and or reprint a totally new fake cashiers check for a much larger amount, lets say he turns 7.00 into 17,000 dollars. What they do though is they take all the routing and banking information off the real check, so when the tellers attempt to verify, it comes back as a real check.

Not all of them are scammers, but they make it bad for their entire fucking country! What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word Nigerian? Those motherfuckers fucked up the whole game... Yeah. It aint even that serious ...
