Dude has his full name on his profile. World B Free already looked him up, but had the wrong guy. I wanted to see if this recording was legit, so I did a search on Facebook and YES he is the real deal.
OK. You did see me talk about the recording and ONLY the recording, if that is a man of character to you trying to incite a 50+ year old man to get an order of protection. Do you.
You did hear the part where he ISN'T a tenant on the leash and that the landlord signs FOR him specifically and therefore has no TENANT rights, he cash only, key word...ONLY. No receipts of rent stubs, one can't claim they even lived there in most courts. Therefore the only way TO stay in such an apartment for any further duration is to claim fear of landlord and get order of protection to now prevent Landlord from not only being able to VERIFY these so called violations but also not be able to VERIFY them being addressed.
I could go on to how this makes it difficult for him(Landlord) to get a judge to side with him on anything during interim of Court order because judges don't like to conflict with other judges orders.
The man played chess, albeit transparent chess to those that know how system worked and old man fucked himself by taking the bait.
A good jew lawyer will have homey out of there in 60 days top but that would probably cost more than it's worth in the rent period.

This is hilarious. I'm a Landlord in West Oakland myself and completely feel that dude. If its so bad, move out. I would have responded VERY similarly to this dude except for the verbal threats. BTW... out of curiosity, I looked dude up on FB.I actually recognize quite a few of his Friends.One of them does have connections for some muscle too. I know you aren't from here,but understand that you can pay some cats to rob,beat,or shoot you for not that much money. Take his advice and just move if its THAT bad.

California, Alameda County and the City of Oakland all have very strong laws protecting renters. Once you've established "residency" you have a lot of rights and it's hard as fuck to kick you out.
That being said, as entertaining as that conversation was, California also has very strong laws against illegally recording private conversations/communications. If you didn't tell blood that you were recording, if you recorded without his knowledge, you're about to have 2 problems.
