pardon my ignorance, but from what I read, I see nothing wrong. Tipsy merely borrowed elements, it was not as if it was a direct re-do or singover. I don't see why Jkwon should be getting a grammy for this body of work. The recognition of input (through the certificate and $$) seems fair.
