Yo this season has me pretty damn intrigued. I don't remember the last time I've been so enveloped in a chase scene before. I guess because that was on foot from the cops it added to the whole vibe...
At the end, that was Young M.A.... no dialog yet from her but let's see her get some of her acting chops in....

Quite frankly the pacing of the show is starting to grate on me and I'm just not that interested in the gangster dude...he's so far removed from the main plot that he's more of an annoyance than anything.
Also, anyone else thinks that ep before last was pure filler??
And I can't remember if Elliot and Mr robot knows or figured out that white rose wants to turn time back....if so then why try to stop him? Also, that explains why the dark army is so cult-like....they believe he can do it and if he can then its no wonder they're so ready to commit suicide or die since if he's successful they'll come back anyway.
the series finale better be really big or profound cuz the set up has built up huge expectations at this point...this show will either have the greatest ending ever or leave everyone like game of thrones and lost did with their series finale...

its so ill how the analogy of the story of the bully and bitch with the bat relates to vera and elliot. elliot was vera's bully. his soldiers didn't understand elliot's strength because their power was by force. vera broke him and bonded with him but the therapist stop all that shit lol. i want to the see what happens next.

This was a masterclass series.... one that demands to be rewatched. Like .... all of the signs were there. Everything was there... but we were so focused on the mystery of MrRobot that we didn’t even see the mystery in front of us..
Also.. what a great series about Mental Health... the show never made fun of Elliot’s mental issues..
I mean wow... I’m going to be thinking about this show for a minute. This is definitely in my top 8.

Just finished it...the show ended the only way it could... and it was very cool..but I don't feel the need to revisit the series... has anyone else noticed a lot of shows don't have much replay value?

This had to be one of the best Series Finale in TV history. And there are only a handful of shows that rank that high.
They ended it well and closed it perfectly.
I doubt you can rewatch the series knowing how it ends and what actually is going on with his mental health. You might have to wait a number of years before rewatching it.
Great series and highly recommend it to anybody who has not seen the series. And for those who quit the show a couple of seasons ago, I advise you go back and rewatch it again to the end.

OK...finally had time to binge the final season of this show. Wow. HOWEVER...can someone explain the ending? My guess is that when Elliot was pushed out if the window, he was paralyzed. And all of this is a figment of his imagination...his way of coping with being paralyzed (and lonely). The final scene was Darlene visiting Elliot in the hospital.

Elliot is real.
The Elliot we know is a character for the real Elliot.
He had been in control so long HE thought he was the real one but he wasn't.
He's another Mr. Robot.
He let go of control and the real Elliot came back at the end
Darlene could tell when the real Elliot was there. She saw him and welcomed him back.
It's not the replay value of the series it's just that it's a finished entity. So it's just done. Lot of shows that have replay value are the mindless ones
The ones that had you really involved you don't watch over and over again sans The Wire.
OK...but is the "real" Elliot paralyzed or something? The final scene sounded like he was in a hospital.
Everything that happened in the real world happened. So the scene when he was in the plant and it exploded really happened. He survived because he was in the bunker...barely.
So yes he's in the hospital because of that not because he's been there the entire time.
Everything that happened in the real world did happen it just wasn't the real Elliot doing it.

That personality was called The Mastermind. It seems like this:
The Mastermind: an antihero personality meant to right all the wrongs in the world... hence why we first see him hacking and busting a pedo in the first ep...and having an obsession with bringing down E Corp. And since we saw the world thru his eyes the most E Corp was always referred to as Evil Corp even by others.
Mr Robot: a protector and facilitor for Elliott and the Mastermind. He was aware of and worked in conjunction with Mastermind and did things he couldn't or wouldn't.
The Kid: Elliott's childhood duh..lol
The mother: someone who's represented as uncaring and hard. Clearly how he saw or imagined his real mother even if that's not exactly the truth.
At least that's what I surmised... Anyone else got anything?

We actually caught a glimpse of him in the second to last episode... And frankly other than a love for music his personality wasn't that far removed from the Mastermind's...it's a nitpick but wished we had seen him be this outgoing life of the party that all the pictures seem to portray.
Just as glimpse. We don't know how he deals with things. We know how Mastermind does but not him. Does he remember he was molested? Does he remember anything at all? How is he going to be now that he isn't in his fake world in his mind that he's been trapped in? How powerful is the mind that he has been trapped there for this time and thought it was real when it wasn't while his body is being controlled by 2 other entities?
Why is Elliot allowed to be on the streets with us look at what his mentally ill ass did to the entire world? lol
