Give it a shot... surprisingly good. Shades of early Dexter (the monologues and mementos)... the tone and pacing are tighter and darker than anything I've ever seen on USA.

The first episode was ok, but why do all these shows always have the main star having that "innocent friend" who is living a regular life and going through some relationship issues. It's like she is only in the show to kill time.

They released the first episode on youtube and then make it private when the premiere comes....makes no sense at all

Maybe he didn't fuck up, you're assuming those men in that room weren't actually behind everything that went down and getting him to oust their boss, for example.

I like the show. Can't wait for the next episode.
Why are all the show, the real good ones, mumbling line after line for 10 to 45 minutes an episode? I know they are trying to set a mood but you almost have to turn up the sound, rewind and clear out all disturbances in the room so you can enjoy the show... then an explosion or commercial comes in at full volume. The character is supposed to be introspective and moody, not the soundman. You never had any problem hearing Jackie Gleason or Sherman Hemsley no matter what was going on.
