Portrays addiction, grief, guilt, etc.


Recommended it to some friends and family. Gonna rewatch it with my dad in the months ahead. Showed him the first 10 - 15 mins last month and he said he'd like to see the rest. He's a recovering alcoholic dating back to mid-90s. He was feeling the mood / tone of the movie from the preview I showed him.

Yeah, wife and I saw "Poor things" in the theatre on New Years day and we agreed that the film may or may not win an oscar for best picture... but she's definitely gonna win an Oscar for best actress. Hell of a performance

Just watched her in recent months in the series The Curse.


Slow burn, weird, cringe series.


She was great and can act her ass off. Probably will get an Emmy or Golden Globe nomination for that role.

It was definitely an interesting watch. I liked how right up until the end you didn't know where they were going with it.


And there was a bonkers, what the fuck scene that played out for a good 10 - 15 minutes or more in the finale.


I'd really like to see a behind the scenes on how they filmed all of that.
