Cant believe it took so long for him to be put in this thread. He was my favorite player growing up and I lived in Chicago... Guess I always liked the underrated underdog. I bet you ask Mike or Scottie who the best scorer they ever faced was and they'll say Nique

If this dude got the ability to be babied his whole career like Duncan does (being 7 feet and not being listed as a center or playing center even though u play like a center) and could play like Karl Malone did I think he would've easily been the best PF ever...

The only people I really even consider for the GOAT are MJ, Russell, and Kareem. I think you can make a legitimate and very strong case for any of those three..
and Wilt
Ive always been skeptical of Wilt because his offensive game was so limited...truly was just oversized for the game.. people try to call Shaq limited..Wilt makes Shaq look like Hakeem... I guess I cant hold his era against him.. but considering there were also only 8 teams for most of his career and he could only mister up two titles and that was after being aligned with multiple Hall of Fame players... To me, it is very hard to consider him BETTER than Kareem...I know he got caught up in the Boston dynasty but if he was truly the GOAT..he would have found ways to muster up more titles
if you ever had to check him, especially on the block, you'd not have this man on your over-rated list.

Mahmoud_Abdul-Rauf- Flat out balled.
Dennis Rodman -was one dimensional but was EXCELLENT at it.Look at guys like John Stockton and Steve Nash who excelled at one dimension(assists) of a dimension(offense) but did little else.

Steve Nash-Garbage at defense but announcers act like he is the greatest ever.
Manu Ginobli- He is ok but not the superstar he is played up to be.
Chris Mullin-good shooter but had no business on that dream team over Dumars or Isaiah.He was a solid player but never dominate enough to be hailed as one of the greats.

That's bullshit how he made the Olympic Team over Shaq. I know he's the Collegiate Player Of The Year but Shaq was killing him that year. Laettner got a gold medal for being the 12th man on the squad. He played 2 minutes more than me.
