the payoff of Green Goblin first and then while Norm is in Jail and Harry under wraps Hobgoblin starts tormenting Spidey
while Ned and Peter still being coworkers... man Spidey's rogue gallery could have more movies than Bond

they have never been done right
if that happens you shouldn't get a goblin until ep 2 or 3 and no Hobby until ep 6 or 7...
but you can have the characters develop out of costume pre madness over time
like how Spectacular SpiderMan did it

Way too early. Hopefully Peter gets the symbiote during Infinity War then that leads into a sequel for him with Venom as the main villain.

they should wait longer than that - but Sony is keeping control of Venom for now... and plans a Venom flick
