if orlando picks up melo in the offseason its a wrap for the rest of the league..and boy do they got the money to do it and the new stadium is opening next year...they have to make a huge pickup next year and melo is the perfect candidate...oh yeah hes gonna be a free agent

Lebron's a better playmaker, but melo's a better scorer. He can get it in in many more ways than Lebron. As rebounders I'll rate them equal or a wash.
They can't sign him this season. Next season melo will be available. Let me tell you the diffece between Melo and Bron, James was double and sometimes triple teamed, all game long, while Melo was trapped on a few occasion, but played strait up for most of the game. Once Jamison is in the line up, lets see how other teams play James, if they play one on oneand if leave Jamison open on the wing.

Hes overrated in a sense that people act like hes the best thing since Swiss Cheese and he isnt. Hes a great talent, but his game is pure athletic abilty, he still hasnt mastered the details of the game and watching him guard Melo the whole game magnified that. Melo works on his game and it shows. Bron is like A.I. in that hes just more gifted and gets by on that. Bron has turned into a decent shooter, but has no moves or counter moves, just either blow by you and dunk,or pull up for that iffy J. Thats why IMO Melo, Kobe, Wade and Durant are better PLAYERS. But why do people act like somethings wrong with you when you say Bron isnt the best playing right now???

carmelo anthony, IMO, is a one dimensional player. a scorer.
to his credit, carmelo anthony has an uncanny ability to get to the rim. better than any other player i've watched during his 6+ season career. bar none.
carmelo anthony isn't as fluid or graceful as dwyane wade in penetrating, nor is he as powerful in a straight line to the basket as lebron james, but his erratic zig-zags and spins to the rim are extremely effective.

They arent the same player.
They dont share even remotely similar work ethics.
They employ counter-opposite approaches to the game.
Lebron has improved practically every aspect of his game every fucking here. (look at the stats).
The only thing he really lacks now is a low-post game. Other than that, his mid range game, 3 point game, free throw shooting, rebounding, etc have improved pretty much every season. And Im sure he is working on a low post-back to the back game.
A.I. is exactly the same player that entered the NBA damn near 14 years ago. He didnt change his game at all.
Lebron is indeed physically gifted, but being physically-gifted is not the most important aspect of his game. Being phyisically-gifted does not make someone a great distributor on the offensive end (amongst other things)...that portion of the game is cerebral.
That comparison is a HUGE FAIL.. you can put up other legitimate arguments I hope, but A.I. and Lebron pretty much have zero is common....even looking well below the surface and trying to extrapolate anything to make the link... there is just very little there..in terms of a substantial similarity in their game man...
