If this is NYC then the answer is NO, self-defense is same type/degree of fighting (Makes very little sense but in a way it does) meaning unarmed fighting is unarmed. Once you use a weapon you have escalated it and it's no longer self-defense.
COMMON SENSE NOW, he a guy, they females, he should need no weapon to protect himself against females, he not going to win any case saying he was TRULY in fear for his life/health vs unarmed smalller female assailants.
He going BACK to jail more than likely for a spell.
He clearly should have known with his past and all that he was supposed to walk away and just stiff-arm them broads all day till help arrived. Ego/rage got the best of him, that's angry at the world type shit he did there, now he got to pay.

And she attacked him because she didn't know what weapon he had in his pants? And she was advancing on him to eliminate the threat. She felt a threat to her safety and well being as a human.
What about the guy standing next to him? What about the guy who was trying to stop him? He felt threatened too. And he just reaches out and starts pounding on rebar man. The white lady felt threatened by all of the swinging rebar and she had to defend herself. HOW WAS SHE TO KNOW...he wouldn't come after her? We don't know. It's real out here in these streets son.

Why would you not judge him based off his past? Look man it is simple.
The man had two incidents/altercation in his life and in one a person ended up dead and a 8 year old child was shot by his bullets.
In his second incident/altercation two people ended up hospitalized and another with a fractured skull and a broken arm. Multiple eye witnesses have testified that he hit the women in the heads while they were face down. This was not testimonials from one person but from multiple. Why was he hitting them when they were face down? What happens the next time he gets into an altercation or someone bumps into him or steps on his shoes?
Devin Hester was slapped in the head by a man at the casino. Did he turn around and hit the ma with a iron rod? He retreated and went and call the cops and scored two touchdowns this Sunday while the person that slapped him is getting charged with assault. You see the differences?

First, I was trying to REMIND her that she IS a queen. If you look at her track record, she isn't a beacon of respect to black men. You can't very well expect respect from black men when you have repeatedly said you have zero love or respect for us. I love her DESPITE her hate and disgust for me.
