Prosecutors(unless federal) are weak bullies. They prey on people who don't have funds for good legal aid. I think he will get representation because most people are sick of fucking thugs and like how he handled the situation. He will get donations.

With the homicide rate so fucking high, valuing our future takes on a whole different meaning for black men. The man exhibited self-restraint until he retreated and was chased. Perhaps him retreating(which was probably taken as a bitch move by his assailants) actually made them bolder.
