I know you are suppose to protect yourself at all times and the fight was back on, however Floyd knew the man hands were down and he was apologizing. He did the same thing to Shane Mosely.
I would have preferred to see this fight finish in a decision than in a KO when the man was obviously apologizing for a dirty head butt.
Was it wrong, no, was it unsportsman like yes.
