I be wearing HBO Max out. Also...the movie was surprisingly flames.
I too thought of an eternity in a lake of fire while I made my way through this cumbersome slog of a movie, a self serving dick suck fever dream piece of shit. I thought about how I rather my flesh be burned to the deepest part of my bone and then have it renewed and torn by flames again and again than suffer through another minute of the tripe known as the matrix resurrection.

Wow, you guys are tough. I thought it was a pretty good flick. I would have even paid for it at the movies. It was a bit slow and took awhile to develop, but when it did, it was nice. Good action in the end.
That gives me hope that maybe one day one of my unproduced scripts can win an Oscar. I thank you for that. Lol

Trash, found it was trash 20 minutes in. Trash when they casted Doogie Howser. Trash on how they disrespected the memory of the Merv, trash on on special effects, trash on fight scenes. Just didn't like it, trash on the all the flashbacks, felt like a sitcom memory/flashback episode. They wrote in way too many sequences from the first movies. Bad corny jokes and humor. They tried to inject humor... In the matrix, bad form Disappointing.

No need for anyone to watch long YouTube video reviews, This right here sums it up perfect.

after reading the script there no was reason for this film

Why was Trinity able to fly at the end? There literally was no explanation given for her having super powers like Neo. They might as well have made her the main character in the movie. She could've been trying to save Neo instead of the other way around. That would've made more sense given the ending.

I give this movie 2 out of 5 stars.

For enough cash Harry Knowles would give you a five star review for a video of you fist fucking his mother on a Thanksgiving dinner table in front of a family while they say grace.
His mother died in a house fire when he was a kid..rumors are he may have had something to do with it(life insurance)..

I'm looking out for this podcast,he might get clowned by everyone who used to work for him

Dont watch it :dunno:

After seeing Spiderman: FFH, its all gonna be downhill anyway for me.
Which is worse? Matrix 4 or Resident Evil: Return to Raccoon City?
I'm gonna watch one of these pieces of shit. Which one will piss me off the least?
Racoon city is by far the worse made movie, the matrix is at least somewhat well shot and well enough acted, the script itself and a few other smaller issues really kill the movie.

But I didn't expect much from resident evil and there's nothing excellent to compare it to, not only do we have The Matrix to compare resurrection to, they do it themselves several times throughout the entire movie reminding you that you could be watching the much better originals.

I actually liked the first half of the movie. The second half was a fucking train wreck.

Can someone explain why Agent Smith was in the new Matrix? I mean they purged the Oracle but left the piece of code that fucked up the last version? wtf?
None of the shit made no sense. Supposedly there was a civil war between the machines based on Nirobi's story. The side that won with the new architect, purged the old system and save some parts. This is what I've gathered.

The movie wasn't necessary at all.

This part of the story had potential, but they failed to explore it on a deeper level (or in a way better) to understand the universal law of cause and effect.

Okay I'm starting to believe some of ya'll just skimmed through the flick or didn't watch it at all and are just bashing it for fun. Anyway on to my review, I really enjoyed the movie, kinda hit a bit different on a personal level because I too was forcibly separated from my own "Trinity" almost 11 years ago but that's another story. Keanu actually acted and it worked the cast was solid too, liked Yahya and Jessica's ole cute self. The efx were solid and very polished to me. Okay some parts did feel rushed and Imma put that on Miss 'Rona interrupting the production. The weakest link was the new Smith boy he has no depth at all and yes Laurence and Hugo are sorely missed. A lot of gems were dropped in the dialogue especially toward end when Neo tried to rescue Trinity from The Analyst. I watched the cam copy first and didn't like it because the picture and sound were trash which is why I waited on the official copy before I wrote my take. It does require repeat viewings because there is so much to unpack but anywho, loved it, four stars(****) from the kid. Also, I am a fan of the "Fast & Furious" series minus the the fourth and the newest one.:p

ROB DOUGAN
Furious Angels Revisited

He composed the original Matrix soundtrack, and his original album is one of the best scores I've ever heard in my life. Up there with the likes of Hans Zimmer and Ennio Morricone but with a more modern club techno sound. If you know, you know. Audiophile's dream.

If you didn't like it cool but I felt it on a personal note, is it the best of the series no but its a strong entry worthy of a second look. Like one reviewer said its not for everybody and these split reviews are showing that.
