After making an on-air apology, I asked for permission to take some additional time out around the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon further reflection, and after meeting with the President of MSNBC, I have tendered my resignation. It is my sincere hope that all of my colleagues, at this special network, will be allowed to focus on the issues that matter without the distraction of myself or my ill-judged comments. I deeply regret what was said, will endeavor to work hard at making constructive contributions in the future and will always have a deep appreciation for our viewers – who are the smartest, most compassionate and discerning of all television audiences. I would also wish to express deepest gratitude to my immediate colleagues, and our contributors, all of whom have given so much of themselves to our broadcast.

'America's resident dunce Sarah Palin scraping the barrel of her long-deceased mind and using her all-time favorite analogy in an attempt to sound intelligent about the national debt.

'Given her well-established reputation as a world-class idiot, it's hardly surprising that she should choose to mention slavery in a way that is abominable to anyone who knows anything about its abominable history.'

He then cited the diaries of a former plantation overseer who punished slaves by having someone defecate in their mouth or urinate on their face. He suggested the former Alaska governor deserved the same treatment.

Meanwhile faux allows its talking heads to spread as much hate and as many lies as they can fit into a 60minute segment and gives less than zero fucks about who complains.

Maybe this is payback for how he did Mike Jack though.

I always liked his stances, but he was too verbose and rambling when making this points. He's one of those irritating people with a large vocabulary that likes to use a different "word of the day" in every sentence. I still don't think he should have had to resign over Sarah Palin of all people, but if Joy Reid gets his spot, I won't be mad.

He's one of those people who tries to appear to be smart and knowledgeable by saying everything and everyone is all the same when he's really doing is proving that he has done very little looking into any of the positions taken and really doesn't know a lot about anything.

I think Bashir went hard in the paint his show was really good and it hit republicans hard every night he was a talent but the small concession would be for joy reid to take his spot I really like her. Everything he said was the truth about Palin that bitch deserved it she knows nothing and purposely says things to stir up outrage thats her goal she has nothing to offer to public discourse she is there to earn a living as a professional ringmaster.

Boom. It's as if you took the words out of my mouth. Tired of them being able to do and say what they want but Bashir gets canned? Msnbc stay loosing good people.
 
I didn't watch Martin Bashir that much, I was usually working when he was on,

But from the few times I did get to see him,

I knew he was going to be gone because he was telling too much truth.

They basically ran the same routine on Martin Bashir that they ran Kieth Olbermann.

My personal opinion is that the conservatives have got their hands in MSNBC some sort of way,

and Phil Griffin is their inside man.

The only reason they haven't effed with Rachel Maddow is
a. She brings in too much money and..
b. The gay and lesbian community would their (MSNBC) collective asses.

But lucky for us Rachel knows how to sidestep the bullshit.
