I actually have liked it for years. I like tradition in my martial arts and a challenge.And since this style is very hard on the body, no pads. It really develops your stand up fighting and provides great cardio. I've trained in Isshynryu karate, TKD, Southern Gung Fu, Muy Thai and Boxing. I just like learning.
