We KNOW she has stuff that has been lost

And the owners would KILL for access to it.

It HAS to be WORTH something right?

Well if you want to be technical, she actually owns the tapes...the plastic and all that. She doesn't own the rights to whats on the tapes but a loop hole would be "Hey can I buy the vhs tape so I can record on it" and she could legally sell it to you.
