Same shit happened in San Francisco in the 90s. Blacks leaving claimed "they" were forcing them out. When in fact it was a simple case of Blacks not adapting and updating their skill sets. Silicon Valley was erupting and Blacks failed to ride that wave, still looking for blue collar work like it was the 70s.
Obama's doing a great job getting illegals out of the country but the damage is already done. Companies will give what's left of blue collar labor to wetbacks since they know they will put up with the abuse, so where does that leave Blacks, a group of people collectively don't place an emphasis on serious education? Did you know only 6% of all engineering graduates yearly are African American?

white folks have information, they were using computers when black folk barely had type writers they got the jump start.. when we began using computers too many cacs were teaching theirs to wrtie code and making sure there was shitty computer education for blacks in the inner cities..
because of the headstart they get is the why silicon valley is mostly caced up. information is power and in a white supremecist society guess who is privy to all the information.. then they hire their own to over see the blue collar work, and hire latinos to actually do the work...
