Lol I hated to laugh but when he first stopped the dude he seemed high as hell. I am wondering why they took so long to call the ambulance or why the ambulance took so long.

Why do police believe that telling someone to relax is going to make them relax when they're freaking out? I hate police. If I'm his lawyer, it took them way too long to call an ambulance. He should sue. He's an idiot, if he's alive he should sue
