So they should have waited for him to take his time and look all their info up and take the 10-15 minutes while someone is in need of careI am totally for being respectful when you are just driving and get pulled over, but this was an emergency and that cop was on some bullshit. We all know that the only reason he pulled her over was cause she was black. She even said he followed her for awhile. It wasn't like he got on her as soon as she did something wrong. HE followed her trying to catch her doing something wrong. FUKK HIM. I wish they would have hit him 2000 times

I usually agree with you, but I think that's a stretch...
I'm probably one of the most vehement haters of corrupt officers on the board, and I'm glad it ended in a not guilty verdict, but the brother took a huge risk. We are seeing only one part of this story, and reading the other. But what happened in that holding cell? How long did that brother have to sit without receiving the medical attention he originally sought? How was his wife treated?
Many of you on this board have never sat in a cold cell with handcuffs on waiting for release. Don't believe the hype. IF they wanted, the police officers could have written that report so thoroughly, that he and his wife could have had to sit and lay on that cold metal slat for a bed for at least thirty days with no bond.

Now i watched it and i am still . The woman did not threaten the officer in any way, she was not incoherent nor did she exhibit nervousness. She stated her position and asked the officer on more than one occasion to be reasonable while she got her husband medical attention.She tried to get the wheelchair and he put his hands on her more than one time

Now if you feel that you don't have to follow the law and feel that its in both her best interest as well as the best interest of her husband, take 10 mins trying to explain, to the officer, how you don't have time to give them your papers, rather than take 1 min to just give him the fucken papers, then you are as dumb as that silly overly emotional lady!

What was her plan, what was her strategy, did her husband get the care faster if she was to just give the papers in the first place?

EXACTLY, and as i asked earlier, what was ONE good reason that he should have held them up for a traffic stop when they were pulling up in the emergency room drop off. I mean a traffic stop could be 10-15 minutes, BUT they should wait, cause giving them a stupid ass petty traffic ticket is more important that securing medical care first.

Chances are you are right, but after her poor choice of actions, the burden is on her to prove this point in a criminal court rather than pointing it during case in which she could have been suing the cops!
You got to get this through your head, this is not a issue of who right or who's wrong, but rather when and how to fight your battles, against cops you feel are wrong! Remember this one fact, if you go to court against the cops, make sure that you are in the right, because no judge is gonna take too kindly towards a individual who tries to justify wrong doing based on feeling the cop was wrong!
